Job Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, user experience/user interface design, human-computer interaction, or a similar discipline.
  • Knowledge of design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Must be proficient on WordPress and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Must be proficient with prototyping tools (Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
  • Must be proficient with vector graphics.
  • Knowledge of animation development using Adobe Aftereffects and Lottie, a huge plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, a huge plus.
  • Knowledge of jQuery and PHP, a plus.
  • Familiarity with cPanel, Php My Admin, and FTP a plus.
  • Takes initiative when problem-solving and is not afraid to ask questions.
  • Shopify and Magento experience is a plus!
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing tactics are also a plus.
  • Minimum knowledge on apps : https://softaculous.com/apps.
  • Excellent knowledge of UX/UI design ideas and best practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of user research and usability testing approaches.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project brainstorms and present new creative ideas.
  • Collaborate with web team to develop wireframes, content architectures, client-facing mockups.
  • Create mood boards, storyboards, animations, illustrations, graphics, and other supporting assets.
  • Conduct research to help develop buyer personas, target audience, and associated UX research (writing, architecture, etc.).
  • Conduct user research to better understand the needs, behaviors, and pain areas of your users.
  • User personas, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs should be created.
  • Create user interfaces that are both intuitive and entertaining for our web and mobile applications.
  • Work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs match business and technical specifications.
  • Conduct user testing to get feedback and make design changes.
  • Maintain uniformity and standards in design across all products and platforms.
  • Keep up with the newest design trends and tools, and make suggestions for improvements to our design processes and approaches.
